Xi Liang |Head of Data and AI Products | Judo Bank | Australia

 

Xi Liang is the Head of AI and Data Products at Judo Bank, where she leads the Data Analytics, Business Insights, Data Science, and Data Product teams. With over a decade of experience in data and AI, Xi has a proven track record of designing and executing advanced analytics strategies for multinational organizations across Australia, the United States, China, and Japan.

Before joining Judo Bank, Xi served as the Practice Lead for Data Science, Analytics, and Business Intelligence at Endeavour Group. In this role, she led a team of more than 80 data specialists, driving data initiatives that generated double-digit millions of dollars in incremental sales. She was instrumental in establishing the company’s data science capability, growing the team from inception to over 40 Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers within just two years.

Xi also spent four years at McKinsey & Company, advising more than ten organizations on setting up advanced analytics strategies and capabilities. A recognized leader in her field, she holds four patents in AI and has authored over ten scientific papers published in leading international journals and conferences.
