Nader Chmait – Manager – Data & Analytics | New Aim | Australia

Dr Nader Chmait brings more than a decade’s experience in data science and artificial intelligence to Australian ecommerce enabler New Aim. A proven leader in emerging technologies, Nader joined New Aim in early 2022 as Data & Analytics Manager. Nader was previously 2IC for the Head of Analytics & Insights at Tennis Australia, where he led a team of analysts to enhance customer segmentation and personalisation over a period of almost five years. He also steered a Snowflake project for enabling cloud-based data warehousing analytics. Prior to Tennis Australia, Nader undertook his postdoctoral fellowship at Victoria University in the area of sports business intelligence with a focus on the applications of machine learning and statistical modelling to provide insights around the economic value of professional athletes. An accomplished research scholar in artificial intelligence, Nader has held positions at Victoria University, as well as Monash University in Melbourne. Nader holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Artificial Intelligence from Monash University.
